Kidderminster Harriers FC can confirm the immediate departure of Interim First Team Manager Jimmy Shan.
Interim CEO Neil Male commented on Jimmy’s departure: “Jimmy has moved onto pursue a football career opportunity at a higher level, I would like to personally thank him on behalf of the club for his time with his input and assistance over the last three months.”
Jimmy Shan commented: “I want to make a special reference thanking the fans, players and staff during my time at the club. I am convinced, under the new ownership and direction, the club is heading in a positive and progressive manner to bring back the success the fans deserve.”
Male confirmed that, with immediate effect, Russ Penn has been appointed First Team Manager for the remainder of the season. The club will be appointing an Assistant Manager to support Russ in the near future.
With Tuesday’s game at Farsley Celtic of the utmost importance, no further comment will be made by the club at this time.
