HARRIERS Academy are delighted to confirm the appointment of Richard Dalton as the club’s new Head of Academy Coaching.
This is a key appointment for the Academy as we continue to evolve our footballing structure.
Richard brings a strong pedigree in developing players and coaches alike, and his approach aligns closely with the culture and ambition we’re building here at Kidderminster Harriers.
He’ll be working closely with academy staff across all departments to raise coaching standards, support individual development, and strengthen our football identity.
