HARRIERS Academy’s relationship with Manchester City grew even stronger earlier this month.
Since last Autumn, players from across the club’s pathway have been welcomed to the incredible City Football Academy for a range of incredible football experiences against sone of the best young footballing talent in the Manchester area.
Girls from our U12s to U14s groups travelled to the CFA back in October, while our U18s boys travelled there earlier in February, losing 3-2 in a thrilling match.
Soon after, our U10s boys took part in a prestigious round robin tournament, the Blue Moon Cup.
Academy Manager Brandon Bevins said of these occasions: “They’re an amazing experience for our young Harriers.
“Visiting the CFA and competing against some of the best and brightest footballing talent are invaluable for their development both on and off the pitch.
“The events were a fantastic reflection of the strong and growing relationship between the clubs and its one we’re very proud of.”
