KIDDERMINSTER Harriers has issued six new banning orders to individuals following instances of antisocial behaviour at matches.
At this important time of the season, we must again remind all those attending matches that we are committed to providing a safe, welcoming, family-friendly environment to those who come to support the team on match days.
The club works closely with the police, opposition clubs and The FA to strengthen its approach to antisocial behaviour. Information sharing in this regard has enabled us to take action against individuals who claim to ‘support’ the club at home and away matches. The actions of this very small minority of individuals, have threatened to undermine the good reputation of this club and its fanbase. This will not be tolerated.
Following a review of incidents alongside West Mercia Police, the club has issued stadium banning orders which are effective immediately.
As a continued reminder to all attending matches – home or away:
The club will not tolerate supporter misconduct of any kind. This includes but is not limited to:
- Discriminatory behaviour. This means conduct or language that is aggravated by ethnic origin, colour, race, nationality, faith, gender, gender reassignment, sexual orientation or disability.
- Entering the field of play or its immediate surrounding area without permission
- The throwing of missiles towards the pitch, technical area or dugout.
- The possession or use of pyrotechnics such as flares or smoke bombs
Your entry to Aggborough Stadium and other football venues constitutes acceptance to these guidelines, the National League's Ground Regulations.
