HARRIERS Women bring their 2025/26 campaign to a close on Sunday with an away trip to Sutton Coldfield Town.
The Harriers head to face The Royals in search of vital points, with safety still to be confirmed, and an eighth-place finish remaining a possibility despite a challenging season in Tier 4.
A point will be enough to secure their status for next season, regardless of other results. However, the result at Stourbridge will also be one to watch, as a win there could close the gap if Harriers fail to pick up any points.
The two sides last met in January, where Sutton Coldfield ran out 3-1 winners, with Beth Grady scoring the Harriers’ only goal.
The Royals come into this fixture in decent form, recording one win and two draws from their last three matches, and will be aiming to extend that run and finish their season on a high.
Harriers, however, have faced a tougher run of fixtures of late, succumbing to league champions Peterborough United last time out, alongside defeats to Boldmere St Michaels and Leafield Athletic in their last three outings. They will be looking to turn recent performances into a strong result as Andy Fisher takes charge of his final game in the dugout.
With survival still to be secured and Fisher’s chapter coming to a close on the touchline, Harriers will be determined to end the campaign on a high and secure National League status for next season.
